Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law. On top of that, we give you 30 days to return an item you're not happy with.

Your 14-day withdrawal period

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you name) physically receives your order. If your order arrives in several parts, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel. Email info@visionairsociety.com with your order number. You can use the form below, but you don't have to — any clear statement works.

To meet the deadline, just send your message before the 14 days are up.

Sending your item back

Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

You pay the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing — then it's on us.

Getting your money back

We'll refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your item back (or of you showing proof you've sent it, whichever comes first).

You'll get your refund the same way you paid, unless you agree otherwise. There are no fees for this.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard delivery cost, not the upgrade.

When the withdrawal right doesn't apply

The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised — for example, a shirt with your name or your own artwork on it.

Our regular products are not personalised in this sense. We print on demand, but the designs are ours and anyone can order them. So your 14-day withdrawal right applies as normal.
